City police records and city court warrant status are not the same request.

Records Request Routes

Metro’s New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act page asks for a requester name, address, phone, and a reasonably detailed description. It lists inspection, copy, electronic, certified, and CD options. The county public-information page and Albuquerque NextRequest route can receive defined agency requests. Rio Rancho Police maintains a separate records process.

Ask for a date range, unit, record type, and preferred format. Do not request NCIC or other restricted screens, juvenile details, or a person-level roster as a substitute for a court status call.

Federal Questions

The District of New Mexico’s Albuquerque courthouse is at 333 Lomas Blvd NW and lists 505-348-2000. PACER is the federal docket access route. U.S. Marshals District of New Mexico and SWIFT are enforcement contacts, not a county active-warrant database. State Case Lookup cannot certify federal status.
